KATHMANDU: Sixty-seven-year old American adult film star Ron Jeremy was charged with raping three women and sexually assaulting another women, according to the Los Angeles County prosecutors.

One of the best known and most prolific actors in the history of adult film industry Jeremy, nicknamed The Hedgehog appeared in court on June 23, wearing handcuffs and a face mask, but did not enter a plea, according to the Associated Press.

A judge delayed his arraignment until June 26 and set his bail at $6.6 million.

According to the Associated Press, Jeremy was charged with three counts each of forcible rape and forcible penetration by a foreign object and one count each of forcible oral copulation and sexual battery. If convicted of all the counts he could face 90 years in prison.

Prosecutors allege Jeremy raped a 25-year-old woman at a West Hollywood home in May 2014, sexually assaulted a 33-year-old woman and a 46-year-old woman in separate incidents at a West Hollywood bar in 2017, and raped a 30-year-old woman at the same bar in July of last year.

Jeremy’s attorney Stuart Goldfarb claimed he is “absolutely innocent of the charges. It’s not a close call”.

The Associated Press quoted Goldfarb as saying that Jeremy often gropes women with their consent during public appearances, and suggesting his long life as an adult performer makes him less likely to have committed sexual crimes.

A former Bethel University football player is accused of sexually assaulting three students enrolled at the Christian college in 2018.

The women reported the incidents to police in recent months, leading authorities to charge Gideon Osamwonyi Erhabor, 21, via warrant with three counts of third-degree criminal sexual conduct, according to charges filed Tuesday in Ramsey County District Court.

Erhabor was listed as a running back on Bethel’s football team in 2018. He was not on the 2019 roster. Bethel spokesman Michael Vedders confirmed that Erhabor was a student at the Arden Hills school from the fall of 2017 to fall 2018. Vedders said the university was unaware of any criminal complaint against Erhabor and was unable to comment on the matter.

“Bethel University is saddened and concerned when any sexual assault is reported and is committed to cooperating with law enforcement,” he said.

Erhabor, who was arrested and jailed Wednesday in Collin County, Texas, was unable to be reached.

The allegations date back to the fall and winter of 2018.

In one instance, a now-22-year-old woman who was attending the college at the time told police she ran into Erhabor at a house party on the 5000 block of Lexington Avenue North in December of that year, according to the charges.

She brought one hard seltzer alcoholic drink with her to the gathering and remembers walking around and socializing for about half an hour, before blacking out, according to the charges.

She woke up the next morning groggy and confused with pain in her vaginal area and bruising on her legs, the complaint said.

Her friends told her that she disappeared for a short time at the party and that when she reappeared she was “highly intoxicated,” according to the charges.

In the few flashbacks she could recall from that evening, the woman remembered Erhabor “hanging around her” before she blacked out, and telling him she wasn’t interested in having sex with him at the time, according to the charges.

She used Snapchat to contact Erhabor to help fill in the gaps in her memory, specifically asking if anything had happened between the two of them at the party and if she needed to be concerned about pregnancy, according to the charges.

Erhabor responded, “I used a condom. You’re fine,” the complaint said.

A Massachusetts youth hockey coach has been arrested on charges of sexually assaulting a player on his team, starting when the player was 14, police in Dracut said Monday.

Allen Pereira, 59, of Woburn, was arrested Sunday following an investigation by Dracut Police, the department said in a news release. Pereira was charged with three felony counts of indecent assault and battery on a person age 14 or over.

The investigation showed that Pereira was employed by a private youth hockey organization in Dracut during the alleged incidents, police said.

Pereira is alleged to have inappropriately touched the victim, who was unidentified, over the course of several years, starting when the victim was 14. The victim was also coerced to performing sexual acts on Pereira, according to police.

As of Tuesday, the suspect remained in the hospital and had yet to be arraigned.

Pereira worked at the pro shop at Breakaway Hockey Dek & Sports in Dracut, in addition to coaching a youth travel street hockey team that played and practiced at the facility.

“He was friendly, nice guy,” said Dan Braga, who plays hockey at the arena. “It just really is awful and I don’t know what you can do to prevent that from happening when you hire someone. You don’t know unless, I guess, they have a record. It’s a sad situation.”

Pereira was hired at Breakaway in 2011, and he worked up until about five months ago when a parent came forward with an allegation of abuse and then went to police, according to Breakaway’s owner, Casey Corcoran.

“We were made aware of the allegations and we took them very seriously,” Corcoran said in a statement. “We took quick corrective action.”

Pereira was fired.

“He’s been in my house a thousand times,” said a longtime tenant and friend of Pereira who did not want to be identified. “You think I’d have a pedophile in my house?”

It’s unclear how old the alleged victim is now.

“The suspect is alleged to have inappropriately touched the victim and allegedly tried to coerce the victim into performing sexual acts on him,” said Dracut Police Chief Peter Bartlett.

Police are asking anyone who may have more information on this case, or the suspect himself, or if there may be any other victims to come forward, as detectives continue to build their investigation.

Pereira was arrested on Sunday and will be arraigned in Lowell District Court on three felony charges of indecent assault and battery. It was not immediately clear if he had an attorney.

WILLIAMSPORT – A Penn State football player accused of sexually hazing a teammate in 2018 denies the conduct occurred.

Damion Barber, a reserve defensive tackle from Harrisburg, in a filing Tuesday night in U.S. Middle District Court denies he acted in any unlawful way toward Isaiah Humphries.

Humphries, who transferred to the University of California after the 2018 season, has sued Penn State, head football coach James Franklin and Barber.

The university and Franklin, in a separate filing Wednesday, asked Judge Matthew W. Brann to dismiss Humphries’ negligence claims against them.

Humphries claims they permitted him to be the subject of harassment and hazing by other players, in disregard of the university’s written anti-hazing policy.

He alleges linebackers Micah Parsons and Jesse Luketa and defensive end Yetur Gross-Matos conspired with Barber to sexually harass him and other players in the Lasch Building.

Parsons, Luketa and Gross-Matos are not defendants in the suit, which seeks unspecified damages.

In response to the suit, Barber denied he or the others ever “orchestrated, participated in, directed and/or facilitated a campaign to harass and haze” anyone.

He further claims he was not aware of, witnessed or participated in an initiation to become or remain a member of the team as Humphries alleges.

Barber admits he was charged with violating the harassment clause of Student Code of Conduct but said Humphries was not the victim. He was not found to have committed any act of hazing, he said.

In seeking dismissal of the negligence claims, Penn State and Franklin contend they fail because:

• Courts have ruled universities, absent of exceptional circumstances not present in this case, do not owe adult students a duty of care.
• Humphries cannot demonstrate he was subjected to hazing as defined by the Pennsylvania Anti-hazing Law or its successor, the Timothy J. Piazza Anti-Hazing Law.
• Since there is no dispute the university and Franklin did not perpetrate the alleged harassment, at most Humphries can claim is they failed to stop it. The anti-hazing laws impose no such duty.

Humphries alleges in early January 2018 that four of his teammates orchestrated a campaign to harass and haze other members by threats of sexual assault, stealing clothes, simulating humping action and placing their genitals on their faces and buttocks.

“His implausible theory” is not statutory hazing because freshmen cannot haze upperclassmen for the purpose of admission to or affiliation with the football team, Penn State and Franklin claim.

They also note Humphries’ suit does not state the dates on which the alleged conduct occurred or to which member of the coaching staff it was reported.

The negligent infliction of emotional distress claim should be dismissed because they say Humphries has failed to assert he suffered any physical injury as the result of the purported emotional distress.

Penn State and Franklin raised similar arguments in seeking dismissal of Humphries’ original suit. Humphries filing an amended complaint made that motion moot.

SALT LAKE CITY — Two more women have stepped forward claiming they were sexually assaulted by a University of Utah football player already charged with kidnapping and raping a 17-year-old girl.

As a result, six more felony charges were filed Friday in 3rd District Court against Terrell Maurice Perriman, 20, of Miami, for incidents dating back to November 2018, according to court records.

In total, Perriman now faces three counts of rape and two counts of forcible sodomy, both first-degree felonies; burglary and forcible sexual abuse, both second-degree felonies; and aggravated kidnapping, a third-degree felony.

On Jan. 30, a SWAT team arrested Perriman at a hotel for allegedly holding a 17-year-old high school student against her will and raping her in his Salt Lake City apartment on Jan. 23, according to charging documents.

After Perriman’s arrest, Salt Lake police made a plea for others to come forward, fearing there may be additional victims.

Prosecutors have now filed charges related to two other incidents.

A second woman told police that in the fall of 2018, she was sitting on her bed with Perriman in her residence when Perriman forced her to perform a sex act against her will, the charges state.

About a month later, Perriman went to the woman’s house to borrow something, according to the charges. The woman “slightly opened the door” to hand the item to Perriman, but he “pushed his way into (her) apartment” and sexually assaulted her again, according to charging documents.

On Jan. 21, just two days before the alleged assault for which Perriman was originally arrested, another woman told police that Perriman asked her to come to his residence. When she got there, Perriman forcefully took the woman’s clothes off against her will and raped her, telling her “See, you’re fine” in the process, the charges state.

Prosecutors have requested Perriman be held on $750,000 bond. A court hearing to argue bail is scheduled for March 2.

Perriman was a redshirt freshman on the University of Utah football team in 2019.

U. head football coach Kyle Whittingham announced that Perriman had been suspended from the team following his initial arrest.

On Friday, the coach issued an updated statement.

“Terrell Perriman has been dismissed from our football program. He was suspended indefinitely when we initially became aware of the incident that led to his arrest. At that time we said we would monitor the situation as it moved through the legal process. Today we were made aware of additional charges that led to our decision to dismiss him. Because of the ongoing legal process, and with Terrell no longer a part of our program, we will have no further comments regarding the situation.”

In 2018, Perriman played in two U. football games on special teams and at wide receiver before he redshirted. He played in 10 games during the 2019 football season.

SALT LAKE CITY — A former University of Utah football player who was arrested last month on suspicion of raping a 17-year-old now faces three counts of rape and several other felony charges.

Terrell Maurice Perriman, 20, is charged with three counts of rape, two counts of forcible sodomy, one count of forcible sexual abuse, one count of aggravated kidnapping and one count of burglary.

Perriman was initially arrested Jan. 30 after police say he raped a 17-year-old girl who he met over social media. At the time, he was listed on the university’s football roster as a redshirt freshman wide receiver. He no longer appears on the roster.

One of the new cases allegedly took place just two days before the incident he was originally arrested for. Court documents state that Perriman invited a woman to his residence, asked her when she was going to quit “teasing” him, forcefully removed her clothes and raped her despite her physically resisting and telling him she did not want to multiple times.

Another reported sexual assault took place between October and December 2018 when, according to court documents, Perriman was at a woman’s residence when he asked her to give him oral sex. Police say she told him no multiple times before he forced her to perform the act. Then, about one month later, Perriman reportedly texted the same woman to ask if she had a condom he could borrow. She said she did, and when he arrived handed it to him through the partially opened door. He then pushed the door open and entered her apartment and room, where he again forced her to perform oral sex.

A youth hockey coach in Massachusetts sexually assaulted a teen on his team during a several-year span, police said.

Allen S. Pereira, 59, of Woburn, was arrested Sunday on three felony counts of indecent assault and battery on a person age 14 or over, Dracut police announced Monday.

Pereira, who worked at a private youth hockey league in Dracut, allegedly victimized the teen for several years, beginning when the boy was a 14-year-old player on his team.

Police said Periera is accused of inappropriately touching the victim and trying to coerce the teen into touching and performing sex acts on him.

Additional details regarding the hockey league where Pereira coached during the alleged incident were not provided by police.

But the owner of Breakaway Hockey Dek & Sports in Dracut told WCVB that Pereira coached street hockey there, beginning in 2011. He also coached a traveling team that played at the indoor hockey rink and sports facility before he was fired five months ago when the victim’s mother reported the accusations.

“We were made aware of allegations and we took them seriously,” owner Casey Corcoran told the station in a statement. “We took quick corrective action. Other comments should be directed to an ongoing investigation.”

The victim later contacted cops about the accusations, the Lowell Sun reports.

“The victim wanted to tell their story,” Police Chief Peter Bartlett told the newspaper. “At that point, once the investigation went this direction, that’s when the detectives decided that it was in the best interest of the case to try Mr. Pereira with the three counts.”

Pereira is expected to be arraigned Tuesday in Lowell District Court. An investigation into the coach is ongoing and anyone with additional information is asked to contact cops, Bartlett said.

“This case is something we are going to be vehemently investigating and we would encourage anyone with information relative to this case or the suspect to contact our detectives,” the chief told the newspaper.

According to criminal complaints, Ramsey County deputies were notified of an alleged sexual assault on June 2. The victim told authorities she was sexually assaulted by Erhabor on Dec. 8, 2018 at a house party in Shoreview. The victim told deputies she walked around the party for about half an hour and then blacked out, and woke up the next morning at an apartment feeling groggy, queasy and experiencing vaginal pain, a complaint states. She also noticed bruising on her thighs.

The victim’s friends reported to police that the victim had gone missing for about an hour while they were at the party, and when she reappeared she seemed highly intoxicated and wasn’t making any sense.

According to the complaint, the victim had a flashback memory of Erhabor on top of her, and when she snapchatted him on Dec. 9 asking if anything happened at the party, Erhabor allegedly responded, “I used a condom. You’re fine.”

The victim told authorities she also reported the incident to her former residence assistant. The RA told police the victim was crying and really upset the day after the sexual assault, and said the victim thought Erhabor had sex with her at the party after she blacked out. The victim also said Erhabor was all over her before she blacked out and she made it clear she didn’t want to have sex with him.

The complaint states the victim said she felt ashamed after the assault and didn’t want to make a formal report. In April 2019, she learned another student had been sexually assaulted by Erhabor on Sept. 9, 2018 while that girl was blacked out. The victim said she and the other victim then went to the university on April 24, 2019 and she filed a formal report against Erhabor. The other victim filed a formal report against Erhabor two days later with university officials.

Ramsey County deputies met with Erhabor at an ice cream shop in is home town of McKinney, Texas on Aug. 5, the complaint states. During that meeting, Erhabor reported he was drinking before he got to the party. He claimed the victim came onto him sexually so they went to his car and she consented to sex. He said the victim had second thoughts as they were having sex, so they stopped and he went back to the party, leaving the victim outside. Erhabor told authorities when the victim snapchatted him the next day, he told her he used a condom, and they hadn’t had any contact since.

Deputies received a report of a sexual assault involving Erhabor by that second victim on June 7. The victim said the sexual assault occurred on Oct. 7, 2018, at a house party in Roseville. A complaint states the victim told deputies she had been socializing with friends and consumed two alcoholic drinks. At about 2 a.m., she went outside and then woke up the next morning at an apartment wearing only a t-shirt.

The complaint states Erhabor came to the victim’s room uninvited and climbed into her bed on Nov. 30, 2018, and the victim asked what he was doing and told him she wouldn’t do anything sexual with him. The victim told deputies Erhabor then asked why nothing sexual would happen and said he’d already seen “it” before when they had sex at the house party in October. Erhabor then allegedly told the victim they had sex in a bathroom at the party and she fell asleep.

The victim told authorities Erhabor had asked her to go out with him numerous times prior to the house party and asked her to have sex with him on multiple occasions, the complaint states. The victim said she told Erhabor “no” every time he asked.

When deputies met with Erhabor in McKinney, Texas on Aug. 5, Erhabor said he first met the victim freshman year and they had run into each other at several parties. He claimed the victim always came onto him sexually and admitted they had sex at the October house party. The complaint states he denied the victim ever fell asleep while they were having sex. Erhabor also told deputies he didn’t recall sending a message to the victim telling her she was asleep while they had sex, and if he did it was likely the result of his “dark sense of humor and I make jokes like that.”

Ramsey County deputies received another report of a sexual assault involving Ramsey County deputies on June 21, which also occurred in a Bethel dorm room. A complaint states the victim said the assault occurred on Sept. 11, 2018. The victim told authorities Erhabor and the victim had been snapchatting and Erhabor asked the victim to come to his room to watch a movie.

The complaint states the victim told Erhabor she didn’t want to have sex with him, but he started kissing and groping her. Erhabor then allegedly got more aggressive and when the victim tried to move away from him, the victim said Erhabor grabbed her by the hips and raped her as she cried into a pillow and pleaded for him to stop. Afterward, Erhabor took her back to her dorm room.

The victim told authorities she was in shock afterward and asked a friend to come get her.

According to the complaint, when Ramsey County deputies interviewed Erhabor on Aug. 5 at the ice cream shop in his hometown he allegedly admitted to meeting the victim and said they “made out.” Erhabor told the deputies the two went back to his dorm room and, after some foreplay, they had sex and the victim then cried after she “recounted a prior event,” the complaint states. Erhabor then said they watched a movie and had sex again, and when they finished Erhabor told the victim he “understood if she never wanted to speak with him again” and they hadn’t spoken since.

Erhabor was listed on the Bethel University website as a running back for the football team in 2017. He was in custody Wednesday afternoon in the Collin County Jail in Texas.

Each criminal sexual conduct charge carries a maximum sentence of 15 years in prison, a $30,000 fine or both.

A Bethel University spokesperson issued the following statement on the matter:

“Mr. Erhabor was a student at Bethel University from Fall semester 2017 through Fall semester 2018. During this time, he was also on the football roster. The university has not seen the criminal complaint and is therefore unable to comment. Bethel University is saddened and concerned when any sexual assault is reported and is committed to cooperating with law enforcement. We strive to ensure our campus is a safe, welcoming, and respectful place for our students to learn and our employees to work.”

GALVESTON, Texas – A Ball High School student has been charged with sexual assault after being accused of assaulting two female classmates on campus, officials at the Galveston Independent School District confirmed Thursday.

Derek Lee Williams, 18, was arrested Monday. He is charged with sexual assault of a child and indecency with a child with sexual contact. Both are felonies. He also faces misdemeanor assault charges.

Galveston ISD officials confirmed three of the four alleged assaults occurred on the campus of Ball High School. The alleged assaults occurred over the course of the current school year, officials said.

Officials said parents of the victims filed complaints, which sparked an investigation conducted by Galveston ISD police.

A judge set Williams’ bail at $61,000. He was being held at the Galveston County Jail on Thursday.

Galveston ISD officials said Williams has been placed on out of school suspension.

“On November 18, 2019 a Galveston ISD student was arrested in response to complaints of alleged sexual assault filed by parents.

“The alleged assailant is a current student of Galveston ISD and has been placed on out of school suspension with pending administrative action. The district attorney has accepted the criminal charges, three of four of which allegedly occurred on school property.

“All parties involved in this ongoing investigation have been notified and are in full cooperation, pending disposition of the court proceedings.

“Ball High School has multiple agencies that can be accessed by students who have been abused or are victims of assault. These resources include on-site counselors, the Teen Health Center that is staffed with mental health professionals, as well as a team of trained staff devoted to the social and emotional well-being of our students. Ball High also houses the Galveston ISD Police Department.

“Student safety and security is paramount. We strongly encourage students and guardians to report concerns immediately to Galveston ISD PD directly at 409-766-5824, or to make a report anonymously or leave contact information on the GISD website at www.gisd.org/tipline.”
